WELCOME TO THE CLUB
Just five miles west of downtown Chester, our club brings people together for shooting sports in the Vermont outdoors.
We welcome neighbors from Springfield, Ludlow, Londonderry, Bellows Falls, and throughout southern Vermont.
Membership is open to the public. Join us for clay shooting or time at the rifle and pistol ranges.

$4 PER ROUND25- and 50-yard firearm ranges, plus a dedicated 100-yard rifle range. Bring your own equipment and paper targets.
The 100-yard range closes while trap and skeet are in use.Fun shoots, hunter safety courses, and a spring fishing derby for younger participants. Contact the club for upcoming dates and details.

BEFORE YOU HEAD OUT
Make your first visit a good one.
Yes. A current membership is required for all range use, including trap, skeet, rifle, and pistol. Membership is open to the public. Membership cards are available only at Erskine’s Grain Store in Chester Depot.
Bring your own equipment, ammunition, eye protection, and hearing protection. The club does not rent firearms, sell ammunition, or provide eye or ear protection. Use paper targets at the rifle and pistol ranges.
The 100-yard rifle range is not available while the skeet and trap ranges are in use. Contact the club to confirm access hours before visiting. Follow all posted range rules.
The club provides supervised opportunities for younger participants, including a spring fishing derby. Contact the club for the current age, supervision, and membership requirements before bringing a minor.
The club does not provide professional shooting instructors. Hunter safety courses are held here at times during the year; contact the club for current dates and registration information.
